Absoliutley Fantastic, they are my go to flower shop in Cheltenham, Good customer service, friendly people and beautiful flowers. Gave some to my mother for Mothers day and she even rang me over 2 weeks later to ask where i got them from as they had stayed beautiful.

AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AT ALL COST!I have been let down so badly on Valentines Day that is feel no one else should find themselves in the same position if I can help it! I placed my order on line on the 12th to avoid disappointment although the recipient was only less than 2 miles away from the shop! Requested to be delivered before 2pm and paid to do so. By 4pm the flowers were nowhere to be seen, so I called the shop only to be lied to and then realised that they had forgotten my order which by the way was not cheap! Their customer service was awful and not even an apology! The flowers arrived eventually at 5.55pm and the recipient had by then left so I went to pick them from where they were delivered to and the flowers were nothing like I had ordered. WELL.... THANKS SO MUCH FOR AN AMAZING VALENTINES DAY... NOT
We ordered some flowers for the funeral of my step dad. WHAT A DISASTER!!My mother ordered a 175 arrangement to go on the coffin. My sister and I ordered a 45 double spray and my aunt ordered 35 single spray 2 days later. At the time of ordering I requested that the lilies be removed from the double spray as my step dad didn't like them.On the day of the funeral, the hearse arrived and not only were the lilies STILL in the spray, but they had put my aunts card on my mother's order!We went in to complain to the manager and the response was "you could have just changed the cards over" They also tried to say that we were not clear on which order was for which card (even though my aunts order was put in 2 days after the original order). When i asked why the lilies were still in the order the bloke told me that the woman hadn't read the order properly.Not even an apology. I will NEVER recommend this company to anybody! If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. They obviously just care about the money and not their customers!!
