I have been extremely impressed and grateful for the service I have received at Painswick House. I have had several issues over the past 18 months and have received nothing but kindness, patience and expertise second to none. Lesley Price is an absolute superstar; professional, caring, funny (always puts me at ease) and very talented. I moved 2 hours away and still made the trip to see her! Her team of dental nurses and the receptionists are fantastic and friendly too. Going to the dentist has actually become a not too bad experience Thank you Lesley and the team at Painswick House.
A lovely traditional dental practice where the dentist and hygienists really care for the patients. I've had a couple of fillings sorted that were left neglected by another practice and given helpful tips by a couple of the hygienists who I have seen for routine care too. Would definitely recommend.
Painswick House is one of the best dental practices in Cheltenham. Its a thriving group of like minded dentists, managed well. And a big thank you should go first to the receptionists who play such an important role front of house, both on the desk and on the phones. Theyre always speedy and courteous and - importantly - warm and friendly. Ive been going to my dentist at Painswick House, Lesley Price for decades - because shes brilliant. She is unfailingly kind and gentle as well as highly responsible whether she is dealing with pressing, urgent care or discussing longer term issues. She always makes sure Im fully aware of all the options, allowing me to make my own informed choice. At times over the years Ive had treatment with various of Lesleys colleagues as well, all of whom have practiced as she does - with care, concern and a deep sensitivity to the individual patients needs.
I recently had a filling and a crown done by Dr Price. She and the hygienist I then saw were very thorough. I hate going to the dentist and this was the best experience I've ever had! I've not had any tooth pain or issues since. Definitely recommend!
A lovely dental practice with professional staff, a welcoming reception and dentists that provide excellent care with a high level of treatments available to patients. All hygienists within the practice are also very thorough and offer useful advice on dental health. Would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
