Rang in twice on one day and got promised a call back before 5pm - which never happened. I would of expected a call back even if it was to advise I could not been seen. Disappointing
Recently signed up with the dentist and accidentally missed my first appointment. Was fully prepared to pay for the appointment either way but they kicked me off the NHS service immediately. They also sent no appointment reminders like other Dentists do.
Chased up a registration from 4 weeks ago only to be told that they are not taking on any new patients, no apology for the delay or the fact this information was not relayed to us. Awful customer service dont bother registering here go somewhere else!
I have been with Bath Street about 4 yrs now. They give a fantastic service from a phone call 2 days in advance through to the receptionists to the Dentists to the Hygienist. If your a nervous patient they take their time and explain and reassure you. I whole heartedly recommend this practice.
Excellent dentistry, very nice staff. Really nice to go to a practice that talks to the patient and explains what they are doing in a caring way. Felt that the patient care came before the money.
