Updated from 3 star to 5 star. No hard sell this time, very friendly staff. I'll only use enterprise from now on. All previous experiences would have rated a 5 star. However, this last time there was a very heavy sell for the additional insurance. Saying that if you do anything wrong you get fined 1000 GBP.... Left a very sour taste. Apart from that, car was fine and no problems on return
Very good service by Enterprise Cheltenham (previously in Swindon road but just relocated 2 roads away). Managed to prepare car sooner than expected and on a very short notice. Professional kind service by the employees and new condition car provided. Highly recommended!
